The GCB is a statutory regulator under Curaçao's reformed gambling law with a genuine complaint route, which places Lussurio a full tier above an Anjouan badge in player protection terms, and our score reflects that.

The rest of the picture is younger and messier. Lussurio itself launched in 2026 and has no meaningful complaint history yet. Goodwin N.V. is not anonymous: it operates the older GoodWin Casino brand and has company pages on AskGamblers and Casino Guru, and Casino Guru has produced a Lussurio review with no user ratings so far.
